Situated between Ficksburg and Fouriesburg in the Witteberg mountain range, only 70 km from Clarens, this registered nature reserve comprises of mountaintop and valley terrain covering an area of 874 ha and held under two title deeds. Although undeveloped it will be very easy to develop. There is an existing road network and numerous places suitable to build accommodation. A strong spring makes a borehole unnecessary and the water from the spring can be gravity fed to the accommodation. There is also no need for worker houses as labour could be hired from the adjacent farms. An Eskom connection point is nearby on a neighbouring farm. The reserve is 80% game fenced and the portion that is not fenced will be done by the current owner when the transfer is completed. The new owner may then keep all the game that is on the farm at the time of the completion of the fence at no additional cost. The game will include Eland, Blesbok, Red Hartebeest, Zebra and Black Wildebeest. This is a low maintenance farm and is suitable for either a full time farmer or a lifestyle farmer.
